The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer

Some things that have gotten big lately is the retelling of fairytales and sci-fi. Marissa Meyer kicks butt at combining these in the Lunar Chronicles. Don’t like fairytales? Well, what if Cinderella was a cyborg? Not only do you get to see familiar tales in her writing, you also get to experience a world unique to this series. By threading multiple tales together she has created something entirely her own, and I for one am here for it.
